This modern and beautiful apartment is located just steps away from the famous 5th Avenue and the  
world famous Playa Mamitas, places where you meet people from all over the world, restaurants that  
satisfy the most demanding tastes, bars for all tastes, shops, and handicraft from different culture  
and tradition. So near to so much entertainment and at the same time so much tranquility. In the  
spacious balcony with view of the precious turquoise sea you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail and  
even enjoy the sun lying in the lounge chairs or witness sunrise or sunset. The apartment faces  
north allowing you to enjoy nature’s rich and calming wind, or if you prefer, the apartment is  
equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. 
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk in closet, TV, home theatre, and private bathroom.   
The guest bedroom has two single beds and closet. There is a second full bathroom and the living  
room has a sofa that opens into a queen size bed and another piece for two people, TV and DVD  
player. There is cable television on the two TVs and wireless internet in the apartment. The  
apartment has roll up hurricane shutters that you can use for more privacy. 
 
You enjoy a dinning table that seats six people, and a totally equipped kitchen with a 14 foot  
refrigerator, a gas stove with 4 burners and oven and automatic pilot, microwave, toaster, blender,  
and electric coffee pot. There is an industrial type washer and dryer in the laundry room.  You also  
have the convenience of a private garage with remote control and a built in storeroom. 
The apartment is ideal to spend unforgettable vacations in paradise with your partner, friends, or  
your family. 
 
Este precioso y moderno departamento está ubicado a unos pasos  de la famosa 5ª Avenida y de la  
mundialmente famosa  Playa Mamitas, lugares donde encuentras gente de todas partes del mundo,  
restaurantes para los paladares más exigentes,  bares para todos  los gustos, tiendas,  y    
artesanías  de diferentes culturas y tradiciones.  Tan cerca de tanto entretenimiento y a la vez  
tranquilo.  En el amplio balcón con vista al precioso mar turquesa  puedes tomar tu café ó cocktail  
e incluso tomar el sol en los  camastros  ó  presenciar el amanecer o atardecer.  El departamento da  
hacia el norte permitiendo que disfrutes de una rica y calmante brisa de la naturaleza, o si  
prefieres, el departamento tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores para tu comodidad.  
 
La recámara principal tiene una cama king  size con vestidor, tele, teatro en casa, y baño privado.  
La recámara individual tiene dos camas individuales y closet. Hay un segundo baño completo, y la  
sala tiene un sofá que se abre en cama matrimonial, y otra pieza para dos personas, una tele y DVD.   
Hay servicio de cable en las dos teles y Internet inalámbrico en el departamento. 
Además el departamento cuenta con cortinas anticiclónicas enrollables  que puedes utilizar para más  
privacidad. 
 
Disfrutas de un comedor  para 6 personas, y una cocina totalmente equipada con un refrigerador de 14  
pies, una estufa de gas  de cuatro quemadores  con horno y encendido eléctrico, microondas,  
tostadora, licuadora, y cafetera eléctrica.  En el cuarto de lavado hay una secadora y lavadora tipo  
industrial.  También tienes la comodidad de un garaje privado con control remoto  y  bodega al
