Vacation Rental Description
Enjoy your vacation on the Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz. Your home has ocean view and a roof top sun
deck for 360 view of the Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz Mountains. Three wildlife lakes, beach front
and tide pools are your to explore on our outstanding property. We are located next door to the
Natural Bridges State Park and share the coast with Longs Marine Lab ocean studies. Both are
outstanding places to visit. Our Ammenities include a huge Clubhouse and library, gym and heated Pool
for year round enjoyment. Special events, parties and pool BBQ's are scheduled several month through
the year.
The world famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk is just minutes away with Friday beach concerts all summer and
many events on Holiday weekends. Santa Cruz and the Santa Cruz Marina boast the best restaurants in
the area. The Santa Cruz redwood stands are within 20 minutes as are the local beach towns you will
want to explore such as Capitola and Soquel. Take a scenic drive around the Bay to beautiful
Monterey and Carmel for wonderful shopping and scenic beauty.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Walk to the ocean or bluff top gazabo to a view of the Santa Cruz wildlife. Our beaches have otters
and all types of sean, wetland and land birds. Whale watching in seacon and lots of sailboats,
surfers and more.
Peaceful sitting areas around out three wildlife ponds. We have two resident swans to watch and lots
of other visitor wildlife.
Out clubhouse has magnificent ocean views and is a comfortable place to read the paper or have a
coffee and meet other residents. This is the home of our monthly activities, library, Flat Screen TV
and movie location. Down stairs is our heated pool, hot tub, and gym. Ping Pong, shuffle board and
billards are also available. YUoue unit will also have internet connection for your personal laptop
should you want to bring it.
Activities and Attractions
De Anza social organizations and management host several events, through the month. Our guests are
invited to join in with our residents at these special activities. BBQ's pool parties, costume
parties, dinners and more are planned through the year. Group activities also include swim exercise,
Tai chi, games, cards, bike rides and walking.
Vacation Rental Rates
Minimum of 1 month rental period is required. Home rents for $ 3,500 to $ 3,800 per month. Call for
applications and reservations. Return application with a $ 1,000 Security Deposit to hold
reservations. Balance of rent plus $250 cleaning charge is due 10 days before move-in. Monthly rents
to be paid in advance. Cashiers check, personal check. Sorry no credit cards.
