$500.00 security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The security  
deposit , less any damage charges will be refunded with 15 days after departure. The total balance  
of the rental fee, cleaning fee and key deposit are due 30 days before arrival. If the reservation  
is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire balance, including all deposits are due  
immediately.
