This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located only a few miles from
the south entrance of Disney, close to Sea World, and other
attractions. Close to good restaurants, convenient to Interstate 4,
and the Kissimeee / Saint Cloud corridor, as well as Rt 535 and
Downtown Disney. There is WIFI capability in my condo that is not
password protected, which you are free to use with your laptop

The property has a lovely swimming pool with a small spa outside. The
clubhouse has a pool table, weight and exercise room, sauna, as well
as DVD movie rentals and snack & sundry sales.

The pool and club house has many things to do and the parking lot is a
circle that affords a safe and good place for walkers. We are close
to Disney, Sea World, Gator Land, many good restaurants, Medieval
Times, as well as all the attractions on International Drive.

Until further notice, we have dropped our rates to $69.00 per night; $475.00 per week, and $1200.00 per month.  There is a $62.50 departure cleaning fee on stays less than 7 nights.
