This property is special. Fully furnished with all the amenities. The secluded beach is right
outside the door as is the pool. Beach is open and few if any others even at the peak of the season.  A brand new clubhouse opened in 2010 with complete exercise facilities, party room with media center, patio deck with barbeque. Exercise facility includes free weights and machines, treadmills, elipticals and stair machine.
Lanai is fully screened and always comfortable with cool breezes off of the ocean. Family room has
television, stereo and DVD player and sectional with sleeper. Modern kitchen with all new
appliances and everything to cook and entertain.

Amenities include two televisions, a DVD player, CD stereo, washer and dryer and dishwasher.
Tastefully furnished with canopy bed in master bedroom and twin beds that can convert to a king in
second bedroom. Fully equipped modern kitchen to cook and entertain.

Two pools one a short walk from our condo. This pool also has a sauna. Secluded beach steps away
from the condo. Gazebo at entrance to beach . Excellent fishing on the beach in front of condo.
Charter boat fishing locally for Atlantic game fish and Indian River snook and redfish. Kayaking on
the ocean or river. Bicycle path nearby. One of So. Florida's best restaurants located in Jensen
Beach. Jensen beach town center is a short drive from condo. Jensen Beach has a thriving artist
community with loads of activities. "Jammin Jensen" on Thursdays include music and art and lots of
fun. Great shelling and sea glass collecting. Boat rentals available on Huthinson Island as well.
2 hour drive to Orlando makes Disney World and other amusement centers a day trip.
