Silver Spring, MD metro station.  Very close to Washington’s premier attractions, restaurants,  
shopping, malls, etc.  Fully renovated kitchen and guest bathroom.  Four stories including finished  
basement and attic.  HD TV (42”) with digital cable, wireless and desktop computer high speed  
internet.  Very kid and baby friendly!  Sleeps up to 8 adults and two children depending on use of  
sleeping accommodations.

•	$500 Security Deposit (Refundable) 
•	One Time Cleaning Fee $150 
•	Prices Include All Taxes 
 
 
 
Standard Rates: 
 
•	Jan-Feb: $250/night, $1500/week (8 days/7 nights)   
•	Mar-Oct: $300/night, $1800/week (8 days/7 nights) 
•	Nov-Dec: $275/night, $1650/week (8 days/7 nights) 
 
•	3 Nights Minimum 
•	40% Rental Fee Deposit to Reserve   
•	$500 Security Deposit (Refundable) 
•	One Time Cleaning Fee $150 
•	Prices Include All Taxes 
•	Additional charge per occupant over 7:  pro-rated based on standard rate.
