Ideal Family Vacation Cottage on Links Golf Course/Bay View in Sandestin

Our "non-smoking" cottage is located on the 8th tee box of the Links Golf Course and has a view of
the
Choctahatchee Bay. It is a stand alone unit with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy, which
makes it a great choice for families. Relaxing with coffee on the deck and watching the golfers is
a favorite past time of many of our guests. The deck is equiped with table and chairs and a new gas
grill.
The cottage has two bedrooms with Queensize beds and two sleeper sofas with Queensize pull outs.
One sofa is located in the living room and the other in the sunroom. This unit is very spacious and
very inviting. It will sleep eight comfortably with no problem. TVs are located in the living
room and both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equiped and has a full size washer and dryer. The separate dining room is
enclosed with windows to enhance the view.
The storage room provides a perfect place to store your bikes, pool floats and any other items you
may need to put away. There is plenty of room to store luggage carriers, bike carriers and the like.
Pools are a very short walk or bike ride away. Parking is available at the pools if you choose to
drive.
While the cottage is located on Bayside, it is an easy walk or bike ride to the Gulf and the Beach.
There is a pedestrian, bike and golf cart tunnel under Hwy 98 to accommodate this easy access.
Parking is available on the Beachside as well if you prefer to drive.
Publix Grocery Store is located to the east just off the Sandestin Resort at Grand Boulevard and can
be accessed without having to get on Hwy 98. Numerous resturants and shops are located in this area
as well.
You will LOVE this wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. You can stay at Sandestin and NEVER leave the
resort and stay busy and entertained all the time. It is truly always "a beautiful day at
Sandestin".

Sandestin lakes, Children's playgrounds at Jolee' Park and the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Miniature

Village of Baytowne Wharf, Paved Walking, Jogging, Rollerblading Trails, Swimming, Dancing at Clubs
in the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Special Children's activities such as Remote Control Boats, Rock
Walls, etc at the Village. Special Live Entertainmemt at the Events Plaza in the Village. Golf Cart
rental is available from several local venders as well as Sandestin. There is so much to do here,
you will never need to leave the resort.

Rates vary between 1000 and 1400 per week depending on the season.
Daily rates are also available, please inquire.
Special rates are available for monthly rentals and extended stays.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
A security deposit of $200 will be required, but is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection
after your departure.
Cleaning fees of $100 and Florida Taxes will be charged in addition to the rental fee.
Well behaved pets will be welcomed with an additional security deposit of $100.
