Vacation Rental Description

oceanfront penthouse villa in the Turtle Dunes building has 
unsurpassed views, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to the east and 
the Intercoastal Waterway to the west. 

The Amelia Island Plantation is a private gated community with three 
18-hole championship golf courses, 23 clay tennis courts, a health 
club, full-service spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a variety of fine 
shops and an excellent choice of dining options.  The historic
seaport town of Fernandina Beach is just minutes away.

Turtle Dunes building.

Spacious open floor plan with ten-foot ceilings.  Leather sofas. 1/2

provided. Large oceanfront balcony.
 
Master bedroom: 
King-sized bed, oceanfront balcony off bedroom and bath. (Great 
sunrises!) Master bath with jacuzzi, double sinks.  Cable TV, VCR.

Bedroom 2: 
Queen-sized bed, private balcony with intercoastal views. (Great 
sunsets!)  Private bathroom.  Cable TV, DVD.
