Hermosa is one of Southern California's premier beaches. The sand is pristine,
the water is among the warmest in California, and it's all 50 yards from our house.
Beach activities include sunbathing, swimming, surfing, body boarding, and volleyball
Hermosa Beach has lifeguards on duty year round.
In addition The Strand (a beach boardwalk that stretches approximately 20 miles north to
Santa Monica) begins in Hermosa Beach. The Strand is a popular place to
walk, run, bicycle, skateboard and rollerblade.
Hermosa Beach also has a bustling night life with literally hundreds of
restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance.
Taxi cabs are also readily available at all hours.
Aprox 15 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes to Downtown,and 45 to
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm.
