Our house is 50 yards from the sand, and is in close proximity to
restaurants, bars and stores. In
addition, it is only a short walk or convenient cab ride to the dining and
entertainment of
Hermosa's Pier Avenue.
A perfect getaway for the family or a group of friends, our house has two
private bedrooms and is
set up to sleep 4-6 people very comfortably. Classic beach styling on the
outside gives way to
modern comforts and conveniences inside such as flat panel TV’s with digital
cable and wireless
internet access. Much attention has been paid to providing all the amenities
travelers and beach
goers desire.
Unlike hotels and most comparably priced vacation rentals our property offers
the privacy and
tranquility of single unit house. Complete with two securely gated and
landscaped yards and 3
parking spots,a big plus in Hermosa! It's the perfect vacation house for
those with small children
or couples that
want to relax.

Activities and Attractions

Hermosa is one of Southern California's premier beaches. The sand is
pristine, the water is among
the warmest in California, and it's all 50 yards from our house. Beach
activities include
sunbathing, swimming, surfing, body boarding, and volleyball. Hermosa Beach
has lifeguards on
duty year round.
In addition The Strand (a beach boardwalk that stretches approximately 20
miles north to Santa
Monica) begins in Hermosa Beach. The Strand is a popular place to walk, run,
bicycle, skateboard
and rollerblade.
Hermosa Beach also has a bustling night life with literally hundreds of
restaurants, bars and clubs
within walking distance. Taxi cabs are also readily available at all hours.
Aprox 15 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes to Downtown,and 45 to Disneyland.
Anything and Everything that you associate with Southern California and its
beaches can be found in
