for sunbathing, surfing, volleyball, people watching and sunset walks just outside the front door.   
The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood (only single family homes) for peace and quiet,  
yet is close enough to the vibrant social centers of Manhattan and Hermosa Beach for the best of  
both worlds. 
 
The house itself is bright and spacious with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and all the amenities to  
make this your home away from home.  The house has great flow and energy, beautiful  
landscaping, and enjoys refershing ocean breezes through the day.   
 
Manhattan Beach is known worldwide for its beautiful beaches, people, and weather.  Our unique beach  
culture is coupled with safe family neighborhoods and social circles for young and old alike.  The  
house is conveniently located only 15 minutes from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and  
has easy access to anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area, since only 5 minutes to major highways,  
ie. 405, 105, 91.  Less than an hour from Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Malibu, Disneyland, Hollywood
