Beautiful brand new beachfront home. Beautiful sandy beach. Greatest
spot for kiteboarding to do a downwinder. We provide kayaks. House is
a 2 story. Upstairs is 2 bedroom 2 bath with large great room with
dining table that seats 10.Great deck with amazing unobstructed view
of Cerralvo Island. Downstairs is totally separate entrance with its
own full kitchen and living, dining area. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Great
outdoor area with a dining table and sunning deck with lounge chairs.

Kiteboarding, windsurfing, scuba diving, snorkling, kayaking, hiking,
fishing and spearfising. We can arrange a boat to come pick you up
right in front of the house and take you out for a day of fishing for
Wahoo, Tuna, Marlin, Dorado etc. Or enjoy a day out to the Island
Cerralvo for great snorkeling and picnicing. Scuba Diving can also be
arranged.
