place for rest and relaxation.

The villa is located off Frederica road with ample shopping nearby and
just a short drive to the pier/village and beach.

The living room has a large 27" TV, cable, and combo DVD/VCR. The
dining room seats 8. There's a full kitchen with electric stove,
dishwasher, fridge, and garbage disposal. Also included is a washer
and dryer.

Sea Palm's amenties -- including a large family friendly pool and golf
course -- are available to Deer Run Villa guests. Frederica Road
boasts bike trails that wander for miles, and the beach and pier are a
very short car ride away.

Deer Run Villas is nestled among gorgeous, old live oaks dripping with
Spanish moss and azaleas that bloom colorfully in spring time. St.
Simons provides year round golf and shopping, beautiful beaches,
historic sites, lots of nature and exercise trails, and unparalleled
