This spacious villa is nestled among gorgeous live oaks and sleeps 8
people in 3 large bedrooms and fold-out futon in living room. The
back porch blooms with azaleas in spring, overlooks a lagoon with
quaint bridge and footpath, and is very very quiet. It's the perfect
place for rest and relaxation.
The villa is located off Frederica road with ample shopping nearby and
just a short drive to the pier/village and beach.

The living room has a large 27" TV, cable, and combo DVD/VCR. The
dining room seats 8. There's a full kitchen with electric stove,
dishwasher, fridge, and garbage disposal. Also included is a washer
and dryer.
Sea Palm's amenties -- including a large family friendly pool and golf
course -- are available to Deer Run Villa guests. Frederica Road
boasts bike trails that wander for miles, and the beach and pier are a
very short car ride away.
