The detached villa with a south facing (sun morning 'til night) pool is
situated in a quiet residential development of Wellington Lakes,
South Fort Myers.

Equipped for all your needs this property consists of a living room
(with Cathedral ceiling), formal dining area, kitchen,
morning/breakfasting room, family room, Luxurious Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 3 further double/twin bedrooms, bathroom, lanai area with WC, screen and heated pool.

                                                                                                                                                 Living Room & Dining Room - Step in from the entrance foyer to be
greeted by this large open plan room with Cathedral ceiling and triple
sliding doors onto the pool deck and views of the lake. The tiled
flooring is complimented with a lush Chinese rug. The area is
furnished with a large comfortable settee, two single armchairs,
coffee tables, oblong glass & wrought iron dining table and six
chairs decorated with tasteful lamps and paintings.

Kitchen & Morning Room - Enjoy a scenic breakfast around the large wooden
breakfasting table with six chairs in the beautifully tiled morning
room with double sliding doors onto the pool deck. This adjoins the
modern kitchen with large pantry and light wood cabinets. It is
fully equipped with a ceramic topped cooker & oven, microwave, extractor,
dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,mixer/blender, waste
disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with icemaker and chilled water
dispenser, etc. There is a radio/CD player and a small selection of
CDs.

Utility Room - This room houses the top loading washing machine,
separate tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

Family Room - This is an open plan room with Cathedral ceiling and
views over the lake.This large room is perfect for informal family gatherings,
playing games or just watching television. The room is fully
carpeted and contains a 3 seater settee, love seat, single armchair, TV
cabinet housing the television (cable TV with over 70 channels) and
DVD/VCR player, coffee and occasional tables. There are also a
selection of DVDs and videos together with a collection of reading
material. 

Luxurious Master bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom.  - This lovely bright room has a King size "sleigh" bed and double sliding patio doors to the pool area and a view over the lake. Large built in wardrobe, wicker chair, two bedside cabinets, large unit and mirror. From the dressing area is the en-suite
bathroom with a large oval bath, a separate wall in shower cabinet,
twin vanity unit, huge lit mirror and separate WC.

Beautiful Queen Bedroom furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Queen size double bed, two bedside cabinets. Large
unit, mirror, whicker chair and built in wardrobe.  

Twin Bedroom (1) furnishing and decoration are georgous.   

Twin Bedroom (2) housing a TV, video player and playstation 2.  Both rooms have twin beds, unit, whicker chairs and built in wardrobe.

Screened Deck & Pool - Screened pool deck overlooks the lake. The pool area
is south facing and gets the sun from dawn to dusk. The lanai
(covered area) houses top of the range chairs and large oval table for alfresco dining and for convenience there is a WC.
The heated pool (26½' x 14½') has both solar and electric heating,
ensuring a warm pool in the cooler months, with underwater lighting.
There are four sun loungers and the added luxury of a canopied swing
sun lounger for taking it easy.

General Information - The double garage has an electrically
operated garage door.
Safety features include smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, door alarms  and emergency lighting.
The house has a fully approved rental license provided by the
authorities of Florida.

Nestling on the Gulf Coast, Fort Myers is located 30km North of
Naples and south of Sarasota. Its palm fringed avenues and white
sandy beaches make this an ideal holiday destination. The area
boasts every shop and restaurant imaginable, with various arts and
entertainment attractions.

Fort Myers has the finest New York designer stores; indoor air-
conditioned malls and the famous outlets where you can find named
brands at a fraction of the retail price. The area has some 20
different beaches including the islands of Sanibel and Captiva with
their white sandy beaches, and turquoise waters.

If you prefer beaches with amenities then try Fort Myers Beach with
its beach bars and restaurants, water sports and sea fishing. Just
south of Fort Myers are Bonita Beach & Vanderbilt Beach. Along this
stretch of coastline there are numerous beautiful public beaches and
wildlife parks with Naples and the Everglades within an hours drive
away.
There are various trips to the Everglades with a trip on
an "airboat" essential to appreciate the wildlife.

There are some 50 golf courses with most hiring out sets of clubs.
The Edison & Ford Winter Homes on McGregor Blvd are an
interesting "step back in time" and well worth a visit.

Or, if you prefer doing nothing at all, just enjoy the tranquility
of the house pool and read a book or enjoy some company at the
community pool which is exclusive to the sub division.

Fort Myers is part of Lee Island Coast which is known as Floridas
Tropical Island Paradise and the Tourist Information (located close
to the villa)will provide you with information about places of
interest, sporting venues, events, etc during your visit.
This wonderful holiday destination has a warm sub-tropical climate
providing sunshine all year round with an average winter temperature
in the mid 70s.

Rental Rates for 2009

Our weekly rates include all electricity, water and cable
television. Final clean and all tourist and sales tax. FREE Wireless Internet Access.
Incoming telephone calls, local calls are free of charge.
All towels and linen are supplied. Sun beds, table and chairs are
supplied in the pool area.

Period Weekly Rates - $995 (all year round)

Options Electric pool heating $100 per week
Reservations and Deposit A completed booking form together with
the deposit is required to secure the reservation.
The deposit is $200 per week with the balance due two months
prior to arrival. A copy of our booking conditions is also
available.
