second bath room. There are two large decks, one overlooking the pool, with private garage and
forecourt. The unit is one back from the beach with three private entrances to the national seashore
beach.The 60 condominiums have recently been totally renovated and Genesis is considered one of the
finest condominium complexes in the area.The appartment is situated 5 minutes drive from Atlantic
beach township on the island of Bogue banks, and ten minutes from the larger city of Morehead on the
mainland with both towns having an abundance and variety of restaurants and shopping.

The unit is completely and well furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, and all the expected
appliances, and equipment. i.e. Oven, Microwave, refrigerator, disposal unit, dishwasher, clothes
washer and drier. TV in the living area and in two of the bedrooms with a dvd player available in
the living room and one of the bedrooms. The spacious front and back decks are furnished with
suitable furniture overlooking the pool at the front and trees at the back.There is parking for two
cars. To maintain the atmosphere of Genesis only two cars are allowed per unit and no boats are
allowed to park. There is a manager for the condominium on site during the week.

The beach is designated National Seashore and is over 20 miles long! Surfing,fishing and strolling
along the waters edge collecting shells and observing the wildlife are popular. The NC aquarium
opened in 2006 and is just two minutes drive from Genesis. Deep sea fishing charters are available
in all of the local towns. There are boats trips around the coast and offshore islands, especially
from Beaufort Historic township, minutes from Morehead City. Close by is the golf and country club
with six other courses within easy reach. Boating and sailing are very popular as the inland
waterway passes between the island and the mainland. There is a local library with internet access
and cinemas in the towns.
