Venice Island home offers the perfect vacation at a very affordable price! With your seven night or 
longer vacation stay, we will provide a $50 Free Gas Card as our way of saying "tanks" to our

You will feel right at home in this beautifully renovated vacation home with three 
bedrooms, (two with king-size beds; the third bedroom 
has two twin beds, plus two new queen-size sofa sleepers in family 
room); two full bathrooms, newly furnished family room, gourmet 
kitchen, and light-filled "Florida Room." Guests love the upscale, 
well-equipped kitchen designed with granite counters, island, solid 
cherry cabinets and new stainless appliances. The master bedroom 
suite features new bed linens, walk-in closet and private bathroom 
with double vanities & Tuscan tile shower.  
This Venice Island house was recently renovated with 
new over-sized ceramic tile floors, new 
windows, new furniture, and deluxe patio set in private backyard.

Our Venice Island Home comfortably accommodates a family of up to 6-

that most of our guests are "repeats."  Unique feature - guests can 
also rent a very similar 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home 
right next door in case you want to stay close to friends or family 
but still have your "own space." (perfect for girls getaways, guys 
golf trips, reunions, corporate retreats, wedding groups, extended 
family/friends.) 

Location, location, location!  For a little sunset watching and live 
music, the home is a short walk to the very popular Sharky's ocean-
front bar & restaurant and Venice Pier for fantastic fishing. We 
have a responsible local babysitter with very reasonable rates for 
kids/grandkids.  We are close to the island's public golf course & 
tennis courts and short drive to five challenging 
public and semi-private golf courses.  The home is walkable
to "lots to do". It is a short 2 block walk to the beach and close to the historic town center 
filled with Northern Italian architecture, charming boutiques, antique stores

This Venice Island home is newly furnished in an upscale tropical 
style with primarily new furniture throughout. The home includes three 
bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped luxury kitchen, a 
Florida Room overlooking private backyard, and beautifully designed 
family room with two new queen-size sofa sleepers.  The house sleeps 
up to 10. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom has 
two twin beds.  The home has two full bathrooms with new cherry 
vanities - one with a bath/shower combination and the second 
bathroom is brand new with a larger, ceramic tile shower & double 
vanities.  The spacious backyard is much more private than a condo 
or apartment.  Orange and grapefruit trees on property with juicer 
in kitchen!

your soul, further pamper yourself with a massage or two followed by 
a gourmet dinner at one of the area's many reasonably priced restaurants.  
The Venice Little Theatre is a wonderful place to see some of the area's finest 
performances at around $22 per ticket.  After the theatre, enjoy a delicious dessert at one  
of the many area restaurants, or visit one of many nightspots 
throughout the area that offers dancing or live entertainers. 

There are many opportunities to relax with fourteen miles of Gulf of 
Mexico beachfront, five major public beaches, fine shelling, 
fossilized sharks' tooth hunting...besides sunning, swimming, 
boating, fishing, golf, tennis,kayaking, scuba diving, fantastic 
shopping along the historic Venice Avenue, first-rate 
restaurants,numerous outdoor festivals/special events; and more than 
a dozen public parks.  Charter fishing tours are available in Venice 
and Scuba divers love the Reef!  

New to the City of Venice, the Venetian Waterway Park offers 
walkers, joggers, and bike riders miles of paved and beautifully 
landscaped sidewalk trails along the Intracoastal Waterway.  Nature 
lovers also can enjoy birdwatching at Oscar Scherer State Park or go 
canoeing down the Myakka River. 

Other recreational activities include more than a dozen golf courses 
and eight municiple tennis courts lighted for night play.  Local 
arts include a community theatre, art center, opera and theatre 
guilds, symphony orchestra, and two outstanding libraries.  Venice's 
historic district is filled with gorgeous Mediterranean Revival and 
Northern Italian architecture, charming gift shops, boutiques, 
antique stores, and many restaurants and coffee houses.  Shopping 
anyone?  It's easy to shop til you drop anywhere in the greater 
Venice area, but your shopping days won't be complete until you've 
ventured through the many antique shops on Miami Avenue in Downtown 
Venice.  Stop for a delicious lunch at an outdoor cafe, stop for an 
afternoon icecream cone or sweets at one of many inviting treat 
shops.  When the shops have closed, head for an evening stroll, 
listening to the waves as you plan tomorrow's adventures...

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!  This perfect location is close to numerous 
Florida "hot spots."  We are about 15-45 minutes to Sarasota 
attractions including: Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, 
Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Selby Botanical Gardens and the Van Wezel 
Performing Arts Center.  About an hour drive north, you can enjoy 
popular Tampa favorites including The Florida Aquarium, Adventure 
Island, Busch Gardens, Museum of Science and Industry, and Salvador 
Dali Museum.  We are about an hour and a half drive to Walt Disney 
World, Sea World, and Universal Studios in Orlando.
