This very clean, bright, attractive, single floor 2300 sq ft vacation
home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and is located on the
Southwest edge of Orlando. It is located in the quiet, privately
gated community of the Manors of South Westridge.
Effective July 2008 this home was under new ownership. This vacation
home is more than spacious enough for two families to share.
The home is located about 4 miles north of Interstate 4 and Highway
27 and is equipped with a private screened in pool. It is
only 15 minutes to the gates of Disney and many other areas of
Orlando.
Bedrooms:
King Master Bedroom is very spacious and comes equipped with a
TV/DVD player, a baby crib, and ensuite that has an oversized tub,
and a separate shower stall
Queen Master Bedroom also has it's own private bath and TV
Disney Room has twin beds which shares a bathroom with the other
twin bedroom.
The second twin bedroom is fully equipped with a PS2 station which
has many games including Guitar Hero and DVD player to watch movies.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and
dishes that you will need during your stay. The kitchen table sits 4
and the dining room table sits 6.
Living Area:
The house is equipped with both a Great Room and Living Room. Both
areas provide two separate living areas to spread out and enjoy your
holiday.
The Great Room has a 32" flatscreen TV, DVD player, and stereo.
Pool:
There is a private screened in pool complete with a retractable
awning. The pool faces south for all day sun, and there
is a conservation area directly beyond the pool area. The patio
comes equipped with two chaise lounges, four chairs and a table.
Games Room:
A fully equipped games room has been added for your enjoyment. There
is a full size air hockey table, ping pong, darts, and mini sticks
for the kids.

Air-conditioning, private pool, barbecue, community pool, washing machine and
dryer, full kitchen appliances, and microwave. Linens and a hair
dryer supplied in all bathrooms.
Community recreation centre, exercise room and pool.
Telephone for local calls (includes unlimited long distance to
Canada, US, & Puerto Rico)
Cable television with 210 channels and movies on demand
Wireless internet.
Comfortably sleeps 10 with two master bedrooms, two twin bedrooms,
and a pull out couch in living room.

2013 Rates:
Rates range from $700 to $950 weekly depending on season and length of stay.
Monthly rates are also available upon request.
All rates are negotiable, just ask for pricing when inquiring into our property.

Please note:
High season and holidays have a minimum of 7 night stay
Stays under 6 nights require a $90.00 cleaning fee
If pool heat is required, this will require an extra $20/day or
$100/week (this rate is negotiable for monthly stays)
All linens, towels, and utilities are included in these rates.
