Villa Alberta is a beautiful 4 large bedroom beachfront house right on the white
sandy beach in the town of Chelem plus there is a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms,kitchen and bathroom.There is an outdoor swimming pool 4x10 meters which is filtered.There is a large covered porch tohave a party,watch the waves,cruise ships that sail by and the dolphins.
Hot water,5 full bathrooms,full security on doors and windows,fine furniture
and new kitchen appliances.Queen size beds,closets(hammocks available at reasonable

Chelem is a fishing town of 6000 people located 10 minutes drive
west of Progresso which is the harbour city of 50,000 people.Merida
is the capital city of Yucatan state and has a population of 1 million.
It is a 30 minute drive away.Chelem has a few small stores for daily supplies
and a few nice seafood restaurants.Major department stores including Walmart,
Costco,Home depot,Staples,MacDonalds etc are available in Merida and Progresso.
Local taxis available as well as buses.Golf course is about 15 minutes from Chelem.
This part of Mexico is very friendly with a family atmosphere and virtually devoid of
crime.The ocean is great for swimming,snorkeling,fishing,boating etc.Marina nearby.
Enjoy your private beach and sunbathe or play in the sand and explore the long wide beach.
Petra is a very nice Mexican lady who speaks English and Spanish and is your caretaker.

Getting there is easy.From your home fly to Houston and from Houston it is
a 90 minute flight to Merida airport.Then rent a car at the airport as driving
around this city is easy.A taxi can be arranged to pick you up at the airport as
an alternative for a modest fee.

anytime before your stay.Petra,our caretaker lady,will ask you for $200
damage deposit when she shows you into your house and she will
return that money to you at the time of your departure.
