Terraza Choi in Lake Atitlan

Terraza Choi, 10 minutes by tuk tuk from Panajachel, is a lovely home
perched 40 meters above the
lakefront of lake Atitlan. Spacious and open, fireplace in the living
room, with a large front
terrace and views of the volcanoes.

Three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with queens, two
baths - the upstairs bedrooms
share a bath - with a private sun terrace for the bedrooms (cushioned
for sun bathing) and both
bedrooms have fireplaces. The main floor bedroom has a private bath.

Main terrace with hammock, sound system and a fridge for beverages.
The terrace is well appointed
and comfortable.

Bar-b-cue on the main terrace as well as on the beachfront. Boathouse
with three Ocean Kayaks for
the use of guests, two singles and one double.

The house has DSL Internet, cable television and an all-weather road
acces together with private
secure parking.

We have telephones; both a land line as well as a stationery cellular
phone.

Manicured terraced gardens leading down from the house to the
beachfront, with a pavilion, sound
system and fridge for beverages in the boathouse. Pathway lighting
is provided for night-time acces
to the beachfront.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge and
utensils.

Terraza Choi is not suitable for young children.

The house is staffed with a maid and gardener, one of whom is present
at all times. A knowledge of
the Spanish language is helpful.

Terraza Choi is operated as a guesthouse and B&B for most of the
year. House rentals will provide
the principals with a welcome opportunity to be elsewhere during
rentals.
