hour security guard

Located between Rosarito and Ensenada about 30 minutes from the border

This condo has absolutely everything! The amenities are of high quality too.

Kitchen - Besides having a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher this kitchen has all the
conveniences of home. There are lots of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, commonly used gadgets like
a cork screw and more, toaster, blender, and a coffee pot and filters. Dish soap, soap, sponges,
napkins, and dish towels are also provided.
Available also for your convenience are commom spices including freshly ground salt and pepper.

Bedrooms - Queen sized beds with high-end sheets, nice pillows with allergy covers, feather beds,
extra blankets, CD/Clock Radio, dressors, and lots of closet space.

Baths - One bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower, and the other has a shower.
Good quality large towels, hair dryer, soap, and shower gel

Living Room - Satellite TV, DVD player and lots of DVDs, big comfortable couch and 2 recliners,
CD/Clock Radio,

Family Room - large sofa, counter area with stools,
Games: Poker Set with 300 clay chips and 2 decks of cards, Chess Set, Mexican Train Dominoes, and

Patio - 4 comfortable recliner chaise chairs and a Weber propane BBQ

Cleaning Fee - $35
Refundable Security Deposit - $150 ($200 for stays of a week or more) Renters will be held
responsible for any damages they cause during their stay.

Inquire about pets - There will be an additional fee of $5 each night, and an extra refundable
security deposit of $100.

This condo will not be rented to students or to anyone under the age of 25.
