Northern Michigan playground.

fishing, ATV& dirt bike riding, boating, snowmobiling, Mackinaw City , 
Mackinaw Island, the Upper Peninsula and so much more...

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekend Rental (Friday and Saturday nights)....$300/night 
 
Weekdays (Minimum 2 night stay)....$180/night 
 
Full Week - Best Value! (7 nights)....$800/week 
 
Monthly Rental (30 days)....$2600/month 
 
**For holidays, there is a 3 night stay minimum.  
 
 
Terms:  
 
50% must be paid at the time of confirmation of reservation. 
 
We require the remaining 50%, full payment, within 60 days of your 
arrival date. 
 
These payments can be made by check or money order. A written 
confirmation will be sent when we process your deposit.  
 
A $300 Security Deposit is required at booking. It will be refunded 
within 10 days of departure after a satisfactory inspection. 
 
Significant damage to property or items missing from the property may 
result in a loss of all or part of the deposit.  Additional guests 
staying without the consent or knowledge of the owners may result in 
the forfeiture of the deposit.  
 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
 
61+ days prior to arrival will be charged a $50.00 service fee. 
 
60 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the entire amount of 
your stay unless the house can be rebooked.
