Vacation Rental Description
Winter: Ski in-ski out at Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area. Located in
the private resort community of Tahoe Donner this ski loft is 100
yards from 2 ski lifts. Parking is included and due to the location
of the ski loft you are closer to the hill than the public.
Summer: Guests have use of 1,000 feet of Donner Lake frontage. The
list of amenities is so great we have included them below in a
separate list under “Activities”. This area is perfect for families,
romantic couples-get-away or solitude.
The sleeping loft contains a California King bed and chaise lounge.
Bed linens are included. You may bring sleeping bags if you would like
to bring the kids. The loft is best suited for two adults & two
children at maximum. There is built-in storage for hanging clothes
and folded items in the sleeping loft.
Kitchen includes: refrigeration, a small oven & hotplate, coffee
maker, dishes, cutlery, stemware and a table with seating for four.
Laundry soap is kept on the lower shelf so the washer & dryer (located
in the lodge) can be used if need be.
The bathroom has been completely updated with a tub/shower
combination. The tub is large enough that you can actually soak in it
after a day of outdoor activity. Towels are included (beach towels
too). The lighting can be adjusted so you can easily find your way by
low light after lights out.
The living room contains a television that also has DVD, VHS & CD
playing capacity. The room is sophisticated enough that you and
friends can enjoy a glass of wine while you take in the beautiful view
of the ski hill right off your balcony. Lighting is perfect for
reading in both the living room and sleeping loft. DSL and High Speed
Internet are there. We have DSL and WiFi.

Tahoe Donner Resort amenities are for owners and guests only. You may
make use of the amenities when you rent this loft. Some of the
amenities have a small fee. They include:
• Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Bowl – with bar and snack bar (parking
included)
• Ski instruction for children is frequently offered
• Close to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Squaw Valley and Boreal
• Cross country skiing
• Sledding Hill at Trout Creek
• Climate controlled pool (including winter) & spa at Trout Creek

• Championship golf course and driving range
• Tennis center

The Tahoe Donner/Truckee area is quaint and relaxing. Old Truckee is
minutes away from the loft and makes for a fun day of shopping or
evening out for dinner. There are farmer’s markets and concerts and
many area activities that set the Tahoe area apart as a world class
destination.
30 miles to Reno, 13 miles to Tahoe and gambling at the north shore of
Tahoe for those interested.
Vacation Rental Rates
Luxury at a small price. Please contact us if you are looking for a
ski lease.
Vacation Rental Rates
04-01 to 11-18 Summer/Fall Rates - $600 per week/$100 per night (2
night minimum)
11-19 to 03-31 Winter Rates - $850 per week/$135 per night (2 night
minimum)
Holidays: Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving,
Christmas & NYE are $160 per night/$1,000 per week and have a 3 night
minimum.
Weekly rental is Sunday at 3:00 p.m. to Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
Daily rental is 3:00 p.m. day of arrival to 11:00 a.m. day of departure
There is a $300 security deposit, refundable, less a $85 cleaning deposit
The entire rent and deposit are due a minimum of 30 days prior to
arrival. The condo/loft will be held for you once the deposit has
been received and we have sent you a confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: This is a ski resort area and as a result, weather
is unpredictable. Travel delays and road closures may occur, so please
check weather conditions prior to traveling. Weather and road conditions
are not under our control and no refunds, discounting or compensation
will be provided if this occurs.
• Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival, forfeit $100 (rentals
of one week or less)
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit of $300
• Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit of $300
plus rental amount
If you cancel this reservation and forfeit a deposit or rent you may be
eligible to apply this amount to a future rental date subject to
availability.
