Oak Bay lodging is a new construction 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath 3500 Sq FT home in Port Ludlow.The Main
house has two floors and will sleep 7-9.
The mother-in-law is 750 Sq Ft 1 bdr, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room and will sleep 1-3.
Located 1 mile from the marina- Great location to use as a base for exploring the Peninsula. Kayak
rental and restaurant at the Marina-
Port Ludlows 27 hole golf course, 5 minutes away and White Horse Golf Course less than
30 minutes away- Port Townsend- Poulsbo 20 mintues- 45 minutes to the base of Hurricane Ridge-
Day trip to Victoria via the Port Angeles Ferry-or visit the Hoh Rain Forest- Port Ludlow is 5 miles

The house is furnished with all the comforts of home- two kitchens - laundry room etc. The layout
gives the option of hanging out together upstairs or having some peace and quite downstairs- Enjoy
the morning sun on one of the two large decks-TV DVD

Rent just the upstairs house (Sleeps 4) -Rent up & Down (Sleeps 7-8)...rent the Mother-in-Law.
(Sleeps 1-3)... or the entire home (Sleeps 9-12)
Summer 2008 (May 1-Sep 30)-
Main house (Sleeping 7-8) $1350-1 week preferred fewer days if available -$225 per night-
Rent the upstairs (Sleeping 4) $900 per week- $175 per night
Mother-in-law (Sleeping 1-3) $450 a week-$85 per night
Entire home $1700 ($300 per night)
State Tax not included

Winter-Oct 1- April 30) $1050 per week main house- $175 per night- 2 night minimum.










$450 for the Mother-in-Law per week ($85 per night) $1350 for both ($225 per night)

Holidays: Summer Rates apply-
Reservations guaranteed upon receipt of $400 ($150 cleaning fee and $250 refundable damage deposit)
