bedroom/three-bath vacation home with its private backyard located
in Huntington Beach just 3 miles from the shoreline and 10 miles to
Disneyland. This home is situated in a gated community with a
security system.
We offer you a five-star location in the center of all the
attractions that southern California has to offer. This home has
been thoughtfully decorated, and features brand new designer
furnishings, flooring, and appliances -- and all the amenities to
make for a delightful stay on a budget. And the home is especially
clean and well maintained, so your stay will be comfortable and
carefree.
Start your morning off with breakfast in the sunny dining room; and
finish off your fun-filled day by relaxing with a glass of wine on
the beautifully landscaped patio.
The home sleeps 12 persons comfortably. The romantic master bedroom
comes with a California king-size bed, luxury bedding, comtemporary
furnishings, a TV/VCR, and French doors that open onto a private
balcony. The attached master bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a
jacuzzi bathtub, and a detached shower.
A bright and cheery girls' bedroom has one double bed and and one
twin bed. It's decorated with white French country furnishings and
red luxury bedding. A contemporary boys' bunk bedroom has three
single beds, rich espresso-finished furniture, and animal prints.
And an elegant second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, luxury
bedding, and fine furnishings. It has a daybed with a trundle bed
(sleeps two).
The state-of-the-art family room features a passion suede sectional,
and a 55-inch, flat-screen, high-definition TV with surround-sound
PlayStation 2 with Games, TiVo and DVD player. A wrap-around glass fireplace can be enjoyed in
both the family and dining areas. The house is also equipped with DSL
Internet.
The gourmet kitchen comes with all the amenities.
And there's an indoor private laundry room with a washer/dryer.
Everything is provided for in the home -- including all cookware,
dishes, towels, linens/bedding, an iron, ironing board, hairdryers,
starter paper goods, and some toiletries.
The home is just steps from a wide range of restaurants, grocery
stores, banks, drugstores, a McDonald's, juice bars, a Starbucks
Coffee, and much more.
Located in a safe residential neighborhood, this home is located
just minutes from world-famous Huntington Beach (Surf City). It's

Coast Plaza, and 15 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventures,
Downtown Disney, the ESPN Zone, Anaheim Convention Center, Crystal
