Fern Cove Belle Baldwin House in Vashon Island

The Belle Baldwin house is a three-bedroom, one bath house that can accommodate up to six guests. It
is located in a nature preserve on Vashon Island called Fern Cove, a vital link between a 2,200
acre, undeveloped upland watershed and a vital estuary and marine tideland. It includes 13.5 acres
of 100-year-old second growth forest, a marine estuary providing critical habitat for salmon and
other wildlife, two high quality streams and more than 750 feet of Puget Sound shoreline on the
Northwest corner of VAshon Island.

The house was recently renovated to its 1912 glory, creating a relaxing, natural environment that
honors the park and its history while providing a fully furnished kitchen, one newly remodeled
bathroom, a gas fireplace, all organic cotton beds and bedding and a 24-hour breath-taking view of
Puget Sound. All you bring is groceries.

Fern Cove's Belle Baldwin house is a vacation retreat. Stroll the beach, explore the vital tide
pools. Hike the trails that emanate from Fern Cove through second-growth forest. Watch the hundreds
of unique shoreline birds, or simply read a book surrounded by nothing but the sounds of nature.
Vashon Town is a ten-minute drive or a half-hour walk from Fern Cove, and there you can find a movie
theatre, video store, plenty of restaurants, live music venues and the occasional festival.

Peak Season (June-August) -- $1380 per week. Weekly stays start and end on Saturdays only.
Off Season (September-May) -- $1200 per week...or...$225 per night with a two-night minimum stay.
