In discussion with the owner, a satisfactory conclusion was arrived at. The cottage was very nice and clean.

It did not sleep 6

We expected a cottage advertised to sleep six, would actually sleep six without having to occupy the floor. In the same vein, seating for six people at the table would have been incredibly appreciated. We paid too much for so little.
