Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully furnished Condominium in the exclusive Sawgrass Country 
Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Gated community with 24 hour security. 
Tropical pool and private beach await you.

This bright and sunny condominium offers a master bedroom upstairs 
with a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a private bathroom. The 
upstairs bedroom also has a hammock-equipped balcony overlooking the 
2-story screened patio. A second bedroom is located downstairs as is 
a full bathroom and a laundry room. This bedroom has a very large 
closet and can be configured with a king-size bed or two twin beds. 
Both bedrooms feature satellite TV, VCR and DVD players. 

The bright open kitchen is equipped with every necessity including 
coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishware etc.. It has a large 
counter which opens into the dining room. 

In addition, the spacious living room includes a queen-size sleeper 
sofa with TV, VCR and DVD player, a Gamecube gaming system as well 
as a sound system. There is a 2 story vaulted screened entertaining 
area which is equipped with a gas grill for cooking and comfortable 
furniture to enjoy the outdoor setting.

High speed internet access is included providing wireless or direct 
connectivity.

Beach chairs and 2 bicycles are provided for your enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is fully equipped to include: air conditioning, washer 
and dryer, linens, Gamecube entertainment system, wireless high 
speed internet access and a fully equipped kitchen. 

There is a 2 story screened entertainment area with gas grill and 
wood burning chimanea, hammock, 2 bicycles, beach chairs and beach 
toys. 

A lovely pool is at your disposal and easy access to a quiet beach 
is nearby.

This bright and lovely condominium is the perfect place to relax and 
features many great amenities such as golf, community pool and a 
short walk or bike ride to a private beach. Historical Saint 
Augustine is within 30 minutes and Jacksonville Beach is only a
