Vacation Rental Description

"Destination Amalfi" (#325) is a beautiful professionally decorated 6- 
year old 1,360 sq ft 3rd floor condo with a large balcony overlooking  
two pools, tropical landscaping, a pond with footbridge and the Gulf  
of Mexico. 
 
Amalfi Coast Resort is situated on over 8 acres with only 109 units  
on four floors and dedicated access to 362 feet of private white-sand  
beach.  Located on Scenic Gulf Drive within one mile of Silver Sands  
Outlet Mall, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops, it is well  
located for all your vacation needs.  A brand new state of the art  
Sacred Heart Hospital is located within two miles with 24 hour  
emergency service and helicopter. 
 
With two large bedrooms (new king master & queen guest), a bunk alcove  
and queen sofa-bed, 8 guests can sleep comfortably.  A port-a-crib is  
also provided.  The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and   
its own access to the balcony.  Both bedrooms have roomy en-suite  
bathrooms, with a shower stall and separate tub in the master bath.   
$250 deposit is required to hold unit at time of reservation by 
check.  Balance of rent, tax and security/damage deposit due 30 days 
prior to arrival.  Cancellation of less than 30 days subject to loss 
of deposit.
