This luxurious 12th floor condo overlooks the Pacific Ocean giving
you a romantic 180 degrees of
unobstructed, panoramic ocean view off a private terrace. No expense

furnishing this exquisite condo. Definitely a vacationers paradise,

family or getting away for a romantic couples excursion. You won't
be disappointed when you step
through the front door and see the unbelievable view of the Pacific
Ocean.

Both the 1st master bedroom (king bed) and 2nd master bedroom (queen
bed) feature breathtaking full
ocean views. The 3rd bedroom (2 twin beds) and 4th bedroom (1 full
bed w/ single bunk overhead)
provide a scenic mountain view. All rooms have their own bathroom,
complete with linens and
towels.

This condo can sleep up to 9 people.

The Amara Ixtapa complex is located in the heart of the hotel strip
in Ixtapa, Mexico. Within
walking distance to all amenities, restaurants, nightclubs, theme
parks, shopping and groceries. In
our condo you will find a directory for these amentities as well as
much more.

This condo features 4 exquisitely furnished bedrooms all with their
own private full bath with shower and
hair dryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with wine cooler, small
appliances, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, dishes, cookware, utensils, etc... There is a full laundry
area with GE Profile washer
and dryer and iron. The living room features a full sitting area
with Theatre Entertainment System
including flat screen T.V., Cable, DVD and CD player,a high quality
Bose surround sound system and
WiFi internet.

May 1st - December 14th
$450 per night (4 night minimum) or $2800 per week (7 nights)

High Season:
December 15th - April 30th
$550 per night (4 night minimum) or $3500 per week (7 nights)

Peak Season:
Easter & Thanksgiving...$700 per night (minimum of 7 nights)
Christmas & New Year's...$700-$800 per night (price dependent upon
dates of arrival and departure (minimum of 7 nights)
