The Korner Kottage

Located in the Historic part of Deal Island and surrounded by the
Tangier Sound, this 120+ year old cottage is as cozy as you can get.
Inside and out remnants of its history still shine through and offers
a warm welcome to all who stay.
Rental is available all year round and the Island offers an array of
activities for each season. A step-back-in-time community invites you
to relax, take a walk to the beach, go fishing, crabbing, swimming,
boating, bird watching, hiking, biking, hunting (seasonal),to name a
few, and catch up on some much needed napping & reading. Stay as busy
as you want with neighboring attractions or just stay on the Island
and get some Great Maryland Crabs from the local waterman and enjoy
the scenery. Book in time to take part and enjoy our yearly
celebration on Labor Day, the Annual Skipjack Race. The weekend is
filled with great food, boat docking & races, crafts and a small town
parade. If you like yard sales, you'll love the many yard sales the
local folks have all weekend long. You're sure to find many treasures!

The Island also offers a small beach, two public boat ramps (one at
each harbor, a bait & tackle general store, charter fishing, churches,
nearby gas station & restaurant and some of the most beautiful sunsets
in the lower Eastern Shore.

The Korner Kottage has a big back yard for playing yard games as well
as a deck equipped with umbrella, table and chairs and an enclosed
front porch to relax and enjoy the breezes.

Fishing, crabbing, boating, kayaking/canoing, birdwatching, hiking,
biking, tennis & basketball court available, sunbathing and swimming.
Explore and observe wildlife management areas. There are also charters available
for deep water fishing. Deal Island is home of one of the largest wildlife
management areas in the Eastern Shore and also where many Ospreys come
each year to raise a new family as well as our yearly visits from the
Pelicans.

Per Night Rate: $110.00 (one or two nights)
$85.00 (three to six nights)

Deposit to hold reservation required. (paid within 7 days of booking).

Non refundable deposit if not confirmed before arrival date.

Security Deposit  required upon arrival.    Security Deposit returned within 7 days of check out date, contingent on approved inspection.
