Beachplace- Gulf Front Condo at John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach

We offer several 3 and 1 bedroom beachfront units in the Beachplace
building. Our spacious condominium's are located directly across
from The Famous "Johns Pass Village/Boardwalk". You will truly enjoy
an unobstructed view of Florida's award winning Gulf beach, and
priceless sunsets.
This is the closest gulffront building to Johns Pass
Village/Boardwalk.
Our fully furnished 1500+ square foot units are equipped with all
the comforts and amenities including a Gourmet Kitchen and a
comfortable Living room equipped with new furniture,Cable TV/VCR,
and Stereo/CD/DVD. The Master Bedrooms have King-size beds or 2
fulls with a TV/VCR/DVD.
Two more Bedrooms have Full or Queen-size beds with TV/DVD/VCR.
Washer and Dryer. Pets are NOT allowed.

Our condominiun's come equipped with all towels and linens,
telephone/answering machine, fully equipped kitchen (new Stove) ,
ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, heated pool and covered
parking.
We also supply beach furniture and play items.

John's Pass offers everything you will need for a memorable Florida
Vacation. Cross the street to Boat & Jet Ski Rental,
Parasailing,and Sightseeing/Shelling/Sunset Cruises. There are also
a Gambling/Dinner cruise that depart twice daily. You will enjoy
many choices of Resaurants and Gators Sportsbar,a Nightclub with
Live Music Nightly.
There are Daily Fishing Charter's or excellent Fishing off of the
Pier. Bait/Tackle Shops there. Also a Vast selection of unique
Shops & renoun art Stores All within walking distance. No need for
a car. Umbrella/Cabana rental on the Beach.
Golf, Miniature Golf, Arcade's and Scuba Diving in the area.
