setting for a romantic escape or relaxing retreat.  This Studio unit comes complete with everything  
you would need.  Private lanai with both ocean and tropical garden views and just steps to the sand  
of Napili Bay.

Vacation Rental Rates

* Apr. 15th - June 14th: $135 per night for 2 adults.  
 * June 15th - Aug. 31st: $145 per night for 2 adults.  
 * Sept. 1st - Dec. 14th: $125 per night for 2 adults. 
 * Dec. 15th - Apr. 14th: $165 per night for 2 adults. 
 * Christmas & New Year's weeks $175 per night for 2 adults. 
 * Additional guest(s) rate is $10 per guest per night, up to a  
maximum of 4 guests. 
 * $300 reservation deposit  
 * Hawaii state tax (11.41%) applicable to room rate 
 * $85 cleaning fee per reservation. Extended stays require  
additional cleaning fee if requested by guest.  
 * Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
