$1,450 for 4 months or longer lease
$1,500 for a 3 month lease
$800 deposit + $125 cleaning fee
$100 monthly credit towards utilities
Applications for longer stays take priority
Inquire about pets; small pets are welcome but must be well behaved and house trained please.
