Welcome to Bonnie's Beach Bungalow! A little slice of "Old Florida" tucked away south of Scenic-30A,
on Eastern Lake; a short walk, bike, or paddle to the Gulf.
Bonnie's Beach Bungalow isn't fancy or new, but it's got heapings of privacy, lot's of room, and
cool breezes coming in across the lake. Bonnie's Beach Bungalow is simply one-of-a-kind. It sits
on over an acre of land and has spectacular water views on three-sides of the property, a private
dock, and is a nature lover's delight!

Bonnie's Beach Bungalow sits at the end of a private driveway and is surrounded on three-sides by
Eastern Lake, one of the rare and cherished, coastal dune lakes that provide for many of the
stunning backdrops along Scenic-30.
The property provides for a great deal of room, both inside and out. Enjoy the lake breezes across
the open patios and don't forget the spectacular sunsets from this superb vantage point.
The living area is open and spacious and provides for wonderful views through the multiple patio
doors. There's a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen overlooks the living area
and has all modern appliances and new cabinets. There is seating for two at the breakfast bar, a
dining area that accommodates six, plus an additional dining area on the enclosed porch with seating
for six. There is a full-sized washer and dryer off the hallway.
The spacious master bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed, plus a day bed (with additional single
mattress), and a private bathroom. The second-bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and half-bathroom. The
third-bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full hallway bathroom.
There's an enclosed patio, again with terrific views. There is also a small dock, and a boat launch
just up the street. A canoe is provided for your boating pleasure and additional canoe and kayak
rentals are available throughout 30A.

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside lakes, through woodlands and
beach areas. The path runs from Blue Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles
being off-road. A real fun activity for all the family and bike rentals are available throughout
30A.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked hiking trails, plus 172 acres of
beach and lake areas. The sand-dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach
area,less than a mile away.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou .. a perfect place for a picnic
lunch under the moss-draped oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises, watersports can be found in
Destin.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses. Extensive kids attractions and amusements in nearby Panama City
Beach.

Terrific shopping in unique communities scattered along 30A and the Outlet Mall in nearby Sandestin.
