Visit our Luxury Pool Home near North Port and only 15 minutes to Venice. Also only 15-20 minutes to the beautiful white beaches of Englewood and Boca Grande. There are more than 10 golf courses within 5-25 minutes. Shopping is only 1 mile away. It is apporximatly2 hours from Disney and 3 hours to Miami. We are located between Sarasota and Fort Myers. The Everglades are about 1 3/4 hours away.

Whether you enjoy fishing, boating, golfing, sunbathing, shopping or just want some peace and quiet this home is for you.

The house is beautifully furnished and nicely decorated for you to relax and feel at home. This house is bright and airy with cathedral and tray ceilings with heights up to 14 ft in every room. The lanai and pool area are screened in for your comfort. We have a formal living room that opens to the pool and family room with a flat screen TV that also opens to the pool. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with an aquarium glass window overlooking the pool. We have a nice dining room for family dinners. The large master bedroom suite also has an access to the pool and a large walk in shower and dual sinks. The second bathroom is a tub/shower combination. We have an extra queen air mattress for your use.

Air conditioning, flat screen TV and DVD in family room, Washer and dryer, linens provided, full kitchen with cooking utensils, ceiling fans, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor gas grill, patio and lanai pool with mermaid fountain.

Bedrooms - Master with King bed and dressing area with flat screen TV and walk in closet, 2nd bedroom queen bed with TV and walk in closet, 3rd bedroom with twin beds and queen air mattress provided. High speed internet, phone, dish tv in 3 rooms..
