This is a separate house, with no walls connecting you to someone
else. Sunset Hollywood Bungalow was built in ’08 from the ground up
to make this a dream vacation or months-long rental. Designed in the
Hollywood Craftsman style of the main house, which was built in 1920
for studio employees, writers, and actors. It’s completely private
and separate from the main house. You have sleeping capacity for 4-5,
a huge bright and cheerful living room, 1 bedroom, central heating and
air conditioning, bathroom with tub & shower. The kitchen is big and
has everything you need. French doors lead from the living area to an
enormous—and completely private--patio, cooled by a grand old tree.

Your host is a Hollywood native.

Sunset Hollywood Bugalow is completely new from the ground up. Every
appliance and every fixture, doorknob, tile, chair, bed, and rug was
designed, chosen and
installed in ‘08. Sunset Hollywood Bungalow is completely separate,
fenced off from the main house and fully furnished.

Sleeps 4-5: 1 bedroom with soft deep mattress, pull-out sofa in living

French doors opening on to very large backyard/patio--completely private;

Washer/dryer (for use only by the guests--it's in a closed-door
service room in the bungalow);
