The Beach House in Melbourne Beach

This recently refurbished beach house is directly on the most beautiful white sand beach Florida has
to offer. This is a private area of low population and even on the busiest weekend you will only
see a very few others who have access to the beach. It runs for miles and is perfect for those long
morning walks - just watch out for the turtle tracks since this is a very popular Sea Turtle
breeding area. Sebastian Inlet, World renown for surfing competitions and some of the best sport
fishing anywhere, is two miles to the south; the Space Center is about an hour drive away and all
the attractions of Orlando are about an hour and a half drive. Surf fishing right in front of the
house is excellent. This area is known as the "Treasure Coast" because several Spanish Galleons
foundered and were lost here - the "Treasure Museum" is only two miles to the south. The bulk of
the treasure has never been found. Spanish gold and silver coins as well as jewelry and other
artifacts continue to wash up on the beach to this day - particularly after the storms of 2005.
Bring your metal detector, sunscreen, good walking shoes and a good book!

Book early - this is a VERY popular property.

Amenities include a large second floor deck with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the
beach; a boardwalk to the beach; large screen TV with surround sound, DVD and cable programming in
the downstairs family room; Air Conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room; fireplace; 
parking; gas barbecue; deck furniture; free
WiFi throughout, etc.
This house is very well provisioned for your comfort during a long visit.

Fishing, surfing, swimming, boating, walking, running, lounging, reading, sunning, exploring and
site seeing are all here - take your pick!

One-week (seven nights) minimum rental period.  Weekly rental (low season) is $1750, for the first week and additional days or weeks are negotiable.  We prefer Saturday to Saturday dates.  Check the calendar for availability.

High Season Rate from November 1 through March 31 is $6500 per month.
Low Season Rate from April 1 through October 31 is $5500 per month.
All rentals require a cleaning fee of $150 and damage deposit of $250. Approved pets require a $500 damage deposit.
