Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2nd floor unit in small 2004-built low-rise gated community. Easy access to
Sanibel Causeway (for Sanibel and Captiva Island beaches and attractions) and Fort Myers Beach.
The unit itself is fully furnished and equipped, with a handy wet bar, wireless internet access, and
a screened lanai overlooking an area of preserve.

Large clubhouse directly opposite the unit, with a pool, hot tub, library, bar & pool table. There
is also a well-equipped exercise room. There is allocated parking, and a
couple of bicycles if you want to save on gas.

Where do we start?! A wealth of recreational activities are all nearby - fishing, golf, kayaking,
plus a range of shopping and dining. There are a number of nature preserves for quieter days,
as well as boat rental and excursions (a day trip to Key West?, the Everglades? Theme parks? Outer
Islands?- all within easy reach). The City of Fort Myers is a short drive up McGregor Blvd., and
lies on the mighty Caloosahatchee River - the recently renovated downtown area contains a number of
restaurants and bars for a lively night out.

Minimum rental November - May 1 (one) month, all other times 2 (two) weeks. Discounts for 2 months or more. Price includes all applicable taxes
