Come stay at our Beautiful Penthouse condominuim with panoramic view of the Gulf on Sanibel Island.
This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 4th floor unit with a Private Roofdeck to enjoy sunbathing,
sunsets, or watching the stars at night. The complex is on the beach, so you can enjoy the sound of
the waves from the privacy of your own bedroom.
The newly renovated, spacious kitchen is fully equipped, complete with hanstone countertops and undermount steel sink. A stackable washer and dryer is in the unit for your laundry needs. The guest bathroom is also completely renovated with new vanity and full bath. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bed, and complete with cable TV and DVD. The master bedroom has a king bed, recently renovated private full bath, and sliding glass door with access to a lanai with a beautiful view of the Gulf.
Spacious and comfortable dining and living areas complete with cable TV and DVD player make for wonderful accomodations. Our family has been coming here for over 30 years and built great memories. Hope you will stay with us and build some of your own.

Peak Season - Febrary, March, and two weeks at Christmas: $2300

All other weeks: $1200 (specific wweekly rates my vary year to year)
Additional fees include only Florida taxes of 11%
Rentals are typically from Saturday to Saturday, but will consider others on a case by case basis
