Vacation Rental Description

This townhome is located on a bluff above Linda Mar Beach in Pacifica, California.  
It's elevated location gives this home an unparalleled view of Linda Mar Bay and the sunset over the  
Pacific Ocean.   
Watch surfers as they test their skills on the waves at this well known California surf spot.  
Dolphins and Whales are sometimes seen from the windows and decks. The rear decks off the two master  
suites face the ocean as does the dining area, and living room.  The bedrooms each have a queen  
sized bed. The second bedroom can be converted to two twin beds upon request. The master bath has a  
sunken tub.   
Each bedroom equipped with a television and DVD player. The upstairs living room has a flat screen  
television mounted above the fireplace and a queen sized hide a bed.  The gourmet kitchen features a  
gas cook top with built in double ovens, a dishwasher, a microwave and a sub zero refrigerator.  The  
home has an attached two car garage with opener. This home is currently being redecorated and will  
be available October 11, 2008.
