person Jacuzzi nestled in a private bamboo oasis awaits you after your day at the beach or
sightseeing. Unlimited telephone to the U.S and Canada and high speed wireless internet is provided as well as a large selection of DVD movies
and a Sony Playstation 2.
For your convenience we also provide Croquet and bocce ball which you can play on our large grass
lawn, assorted snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers & beach towels are all provided for your traveling convienance. The location is just right and so is the price! Come experience “Casual Island living”

(seasonal), hiking, snorkeling & Scuba. This home is located less than a ½ mile from some of Kihei’s
favorite beaches and park systems and a ‘not so known’ beach in front of multimillion dollar beach
estates. Some of our favorite restaurants within walking distance are “Sarento’s” and “Five Palms”
both are on the water with awesome sunset views. Another favorite is “Fred’s, don’t miss the great
fish tacos! Above Fred’s is “Moose McGuillicuddy's” a fun sports bar and restaurant. The Shops of
Wailea and many other restaurants and shops are just a few miles away including Denny’s and several
convenience stores.

This house is perfectly located near some of Maui's best beaches minutes from Shops of Wailea along
with world class golf and restaurants. 1/2 mile, from where the dive and snorkel boats depart to
Molikini just a 15 minute boat ride away along with turtle haven great for snorkeling or diving with
Maui's green sea turtle.

$500 per night with a 4 night minimum except Christmas and New Years which is $900 per night with a 6 night minimum. There is a one time cleaning fee of $250.  20% down holds your dates with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  10 days prior to arrival a refundable $500 damage deposit is held agianst your credit card and than released within 10 days of departure.

This house is a 5 bedroom but can be rented as a 2 bedroom lower level for $250 per night with a one time cleaning fee of $150 or a 3 bedroom upper level for $350 per night.  There is a full kitchen and living room on each level with it's own entrance.
