The Broadway I House has 4 bedrooms and can sleep at least 8 in beds
or 9 if some are children. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and one has
two twin beds. There is also the “Kids Loft", an upstairs room with a
king size bed, a flat panel TV, toys, and games. There is a spacious
Living Room with Modern Decor. Dining area is large enough to
accommodate the whole family. The home has just been newly furnished
and decorated. We have a land-line with unlimited local and California
long distance calls and high speed Internet.
The sand is just a block away and can be walked to in just a few
minutes. We have boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, beach
umbrellas and sand chairs for your excursions. Some other features
include a BBQ, fire pit, washer, dryer, laundry supplies, iron and
ironing board and blow dryer.
Buccaneer Beach/Park is right here as well with a huge park,
playground and snack shack. This home is in a quiet neighborhood
setting with local markets, small cafés, and coffee shops. Access to
the I-5 and Fwy 78 is literally 5 minutes away by car. Fully furnished
house with everything needed to prepare meals, right down to coffee,
tea, sugar and creamer. This beautiful home is located between San
Diego and LA, you can travel 45 minutes north or south to so many of
the popular attractions in Southern California.
