water skiing, is your idea of a great vacation, then you must know 
that Lake Guntersville is also known as the finest sport fishing 
lake in America. Guntersville rests in the foothills of the 
Smokeys (Appalachian mountain range). Travelers will marvel at 
the natural beauty of this 69,000 acre lake with 950 miles of 
winding shoreline. No worry, Lake Guntersville is a controlled 
constant level lake, so the water level never fluctuates more than a 
few inches.  The community also offers golfing, sight seeing, skeet 
shooting, wonderful restaurants, boat rental, pro chartered fishing 
trips, navigable waterways with dam locks, shopping, small town 
atmosphere, a waterfront walking trail, "Cathedral Caverns" (all 
local, 5 to 10 min. away). The "Earlyworks", "Wings and 
Warts", "Sciquest", "Space Camp", "The Space and Rocket Center", 
and "Burritt Museum" are some of the Children and Adult museums, (30 
to 40 min. easy four lane drive to Huntsville).

Vacation Rental Amenities

 Nearly new large luxury home(6bedrooms,4baths, sleeps 16)on the 
water. Two King Size Beds, two queen, four double, a roll-away, 
window cushions, and a baby crib. The master bath has a large 
separate shower and whirlpool. Four of the bedrooms have bedside 
lake view. This home easily accommodates two or three families. 
Wonderful for family reunions, church groups, or corporate 
entertaining. Lakeside tiled upper deck and covered lower porch both 
have a  relaxing pastoral view of water. Excellent for elderly 
guest, as it is close enough to interact with all the water and dock 
activities. Five Tvs with DVDs and VCRs and Cable. Fully furnished 
gourmet kitchen with 2 ice machines, filtered drinking water, Jen 
air gas grill top stove, microwave, Three sets of dishes, crock pot, 
ice cream freezer, 2 coffee pots, large roaster pan, gas grill, 
charcoal grill, umbrella tables, laundry facilities, iron, and 
ironing board, all furnished. Cherry hardwood flooring and lots of 
ceramic tile, two gas log fireplaces. Covered parking for two, 
parking for numerous cars. Boat loading ramp on site. Vehicle access 
to home lower level and to the water. Central heat and air. Four man 
paddle boat, floating swim raft, sand bar for swimming.

      $3150 week, $525 per/3 Night minimum

 $175. Cleaning fee. 
 $500. Reservation fee/Applies toward rent.
 $50.00 service fee for all cancellations

If you cancel less than 15 days prior to arrival, your $500.fee
   will be forfeited.
