Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated, luxurious 3 bedroom (each with private bath) condo, overlooking the Gulf of  
Mexico.  Enjoy exquisite views of Marco sunsets, dolphin, Kice Island, and the Gulf of Mexico from  
the balcony of this gorgeous fourth floor condo!  Living Room and spacious Master Suite open to tiled  
wrap-around balcony overlooking pool and ocean. 
Living room has wet bar and large flat screen TV with DVD.  Master has TV and DVD and all guest rooms  
have TV's.  Cable and internest access are provided.  Luxurious Master Bath has garden tub, tiled  
shower, double sinks and vanity.  Condo comes complete with luxury linens and towels, including beach  
towels. 
Gourmet kitchen has microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and numerous small appliances. 
This is a non-smoking, no-pet condo - no exceptions.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This beautiful condo is located in The Mirage, a luxurious, but small, gated, mid-rise condominium  
complex on the south end of Marco Island.  Enjoy the "picture-perfect" heated pool and spa set on the  
edge of the Gulf of Mexico.  Two tennis courts, a fitness room, including treadmill, bicycle, and  
weights, a library, and a club room are available for use, free of charge, in the building.  Marco's  
beautiful 3 1/2 mile, crescent-shaped beach is a short walk from this Mirage condo.  Beach umbrellas,  
chairs, and books are available.

Activities and Attractions

Swim in the beautiful ocean-front pool, walk on the beach, fish from the pier in front of the condo,  
play tennis, read, enjoy the Marco sunsets, watch the dolphin play right in front of your balcony  
everyday.  Rent kayaks and explore Kice Island, enjoy shelling, or rent wave-runners and tour the  
10,000 islands in and around Marco.  Rent a deck boat or enjoy a charter boat excursion for fishing  
or pleasure.  Take the Charter to Key West, only 3 hours from Marco.  Play golf at one of the  
numerous golf courses located within a 30 minute drive from Marco.  Shop at many of the fine stores  
in Naples, which is only a twenty minute drive from Marco Island. 
Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in and around Marco Island.   
Winter temperatures range from mid 70's to 80's during the day and mid 50's to 60's in the evening.

November through December: $5500.00 per month 
January through May: $6000.00 per month 
June through October: $5000.00 per month 
Renter must also pay a 4% Collier County tax and a 6% State of Florida tax
