Nestled at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, this cozy home has amazing bay views. A short walk,
or cycle to Tiger Tail Beach. With 3,500 square feet of well appointed and comfortable living space,
this is one of Marco Island’s best.

This spacious 2 story home offers guests a 360 degree wrap around porch upstairs, as well as, a full
porch on the first floor main level, taking full advantage of great views! The main part of the
house has a large, well-supplied kitchen. A welcoming family room and formal dining room. Office
with a computer, printer, and high-speed internet access. If you prefer, you can bring your own
laptop, as we offer wireless internet access.

There are two large guest bedrooms on the main floor. One has a queen size bed, the other, a twin
set. These bedrooms share a large bath with double sink. The master suite, king bedded, is located
upstairs, with views to the bay. The private master bath features a double headed shower and
separate soaking jet tub. Just across the upper foyer, is the third guest bedroom, queen bedded, and
full private bath. Both the master suite and upper guest bedroom have private access to the upper
warp around porch and deck.

Enjoy the heated pool and separate spa. Relax by the bay in a hammock. The rec room has a pool
table, surround-sound TV entertainment system and a balcony overlooking the bay and pool.

And our evenings...a peaceful western exposure. Sunsets, their own art form, can be enjoyed in two
dining venues, on the veranda, or in the family dining area.

A deep water dock with boat winch will accommodate a boat capable of passing under a ten foot bridge
clearance, allowing access to the open Gulf and the inland canals where waterfront restaurants and
attractions can be found in Naples.

Cottage Court is well supplied. All you need to do is pack clothes and toiletries, the rest is there
just waiting for your arrival, and a true family holiday.

We provide a beach cart with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and other toys. Tiger Tail Beach is
under 0.3 miles from the house and offers many activities. These include 2 playgrounds, swings,
bathrooms, snack bar, and volleyball. A vendor also provides, for a small fee, all sorts of small
water crafts to help you explore the wild life and coast. There's plenty of great shopping and
dining either on Marco, or in Naples, just 25 minutes away. If fishing is your thing, there are many
charter companies that can offer you with a great day of fishing!

Take time and explore. Marco Island is its own natural wild and sea life park. And it's free! Take a
wander keeping an eye for our beloved "Hoot" or Burrowing Owls, Land Turtles, the gentle giant, the
Manatee, and every now and again you might just capture a photo op as dolphins play just off our
dock.

Christmas at Cottage Court

Beginning in mid-November, the Olde Florida Bungalo style home will be fully decorated for the
holiday season, including an 8 foot Christmas tree at the foot of the winding staircase, lights on
all the balcony railings, front door wreath, and the three dining tables will be adorned with
holiday linen, center pieces, and a collection of fine Victorian “mix and match” antique china
service. Candles, Santa’s, Carolers, and other decorative accessories will make each room special.

Stockings will be hung on each of the three fireplaces, and holiday music CD’s can be played.

Your family’s holiday celebration can occur within one of four separate booking periods:

Saturday December 6 through Saturday December 13 $3000
Saturday December 13 through Saturday December 20 $3500
Saturday December 20 through Saturday December 27 $4000
Saturday December 27 through Saturday January 3 $4000

Photos of the Holiday décor will be up on this website just before Thanksgiving, however by that
time these weeks may be booked.
