Sandpiper Cove studio condo in Destin

This 470 square foot studio condo at Sandpiper Cove in Destin, Florida will sleep a family of 4 and is only 150 yards from the beach. The living room has bamboo laminate flooring and converts to a bedroom with one queen size futon that converts to a bed and a queen size Murphy bed that opens at night and hides away into the wall during the day.  All bed linen is provided. The living room also has a 32 in. remote controlled LCD, High Definition T.V. with cablevision. The kitchen has bamboo laminate flooring and all the appliances of a standard kitchen including all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils for preparing meals.  Additional features include a built in microwave, drip coffe pot, toaster, iron and ironing board.  The bathroom has an oversize spring tub with shower.  All bathroom linen is provided. Since most renters have a cell phone, the condo does not have a telephone. Rent from the Navarre,FL owner and save.

Sandpiper Cove has an on-site nine hole par 3 golf course that is free for all guests. There are also five swimming pools, 8 tennis courts both lighted and unlighted, shuffle board, horseshoes plus an on-site restaurant, a beach pavilion with a snack bar, showers, and
rest rooms. Condo renters can also make reservations for and rent on-site boat slips for boats 30 feet or less in length. Sandpiper Cove also provides 24 hour security with roving patrol.

The Big Kahuna water park is within 6 blocks of Sandpiper Cove. Winn Dixie supermarket, restaurants, and speciality shops within walking distance. The Destin Commons shopping center including Abercrombie, Banana Republic, Bass Pro Shops, Hard Rock Cafe, and The Rave Motion Picture Theatre are within 3 miles. The Silver Sands Factory Outlet center including Ann Taylor, Lenox, Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein, Reebok, Nike, and Rockport shoes is within 5 miles.

Restrictions: Minimum of 4 nights.  No Pets. No Smoking.  Person renting the condo must be a minimum of 25 years old and occupy the condo during the entire rental period. Rentals are limited to four people from one family.  I do not rent to single adults who are not from the same family.

Reservation/Damage Deposit: $175.00. A minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will not be refunded.  For a 9 month rental, the deposit is two months rent.

RATES

The below rates INCLUDE the cleaning fee but do not include the Florida tax of 11%.  For a 9 month rental, there is NO Florida sales tax.  For a 9 month rental, utilities included up to a maximum of $100.00 per month.

Summer Rates: March 1 - August 15 OR September 1 - September 11: (Four night minimum) 4-6 nights - $105 per night. 7 nights - $630 (seventh night FREE for weekly rentals)

Summer rates: August 16 - September 1: (Four night minimum) 4-6 nights - $105 per night. 7 Nights(SPECIAL): $567.00

Fall rates: September 11 - October 31: (Four night minimum) - 4-6 nights - $90 per night. 7 nights - $540 (Seventh night is FREE for weekly rentals)

Winter rates: November 1 - February 28: (Four night minimum) - 4-6 nights $70 per night. 7 nights - $420 (Seventh night is FREE for weekly rentals)

Monthly Rate: November 1 -February 28 - 1 month rate - $800.00.  2 months or more - $750.00 per month.

Monthly Rate for 9 continuous months: From August 1 to April 30 only - $800.00 per month.
