Great Location..Secluded for Hiking and campfires, yet close to three towns, about 10 miles North of Blue Ridge or  10 miles South of McCaysville, Ga and  from McCaysville cross the river unto Copperhill, Tenn. This will take you to the famous River Road and Olympic River Rafting!

Our TEAM Leader Hiking trips thru the mountains are well planned. Horse back riding trails are close by.

beauty of mountains and water.

There are beds for 10 plus  a full size  futon and enough space
for sleeping bags for alot of Youth
and The Young At Heart to relax after a day of tubing, fishing,
shoping, horseback riding, hiking,
sight seeing on a train ride or just playing in the creek.

Great camping space for Father and Son campouts with campfire! Mother and Daughters time to just talk!

Bring your Friends and family to this Two Story lodge with two bedrooms and a
bathroom on each floor and plenty of entertainment space on the bottom porch and the upstairs deck.
All linens are furnished.

Upstairs has Living room  kitchen and Dinning area and entrance to the porch.
Downstairs has a gameroom and entrance to the main parking area.  There
is a tub with shower upstairs and the downstairs has a Two Seater Shower.
Each floor has two bedrooms and an outside entrance. Washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor.

Space for RV or Tent is down by the creek. Bring your hotdogs and
marshmellows and enjoy a campfire down at the creek.

Beautiful paved but steep drive takes you up the hill to the House!a 6 cylinder car or truck is needed to get up the drive.  There is plenty of parking down by the creek.

Hunters Dream! Great get-a-way! We're located at the base of the Cohutta Reserve,
near the Rich Mt. Reserve and
Chattahoochee Reserve. You can hunt Bear, Deer, Hog and Turkey in
season.

Fishermans Paradise! Many Trout streams all around and approx. 15 miles from Blue Ridge Lake.

There are good roads, paved but steep driveway to the house with parking at the house and down at the creek.

Train Rides thru the mountains

The  trees and Rivers are beautiful as you travel the valleys and mountains. Ride the train from Blue Ridge to Copperhill, Tenn
and travel thru the mountains along the river for a wonderful scenic view.

The train stops at Cooperhill, Tenn/
McCaysville, Ga., the twin cities, for a time to shop and have a dinner out then return to Blue Ridge and tour the old historic town.

Horseback riding farms within five miles

Hiking starts in the backyard or up the road in the front of our home!

Playing in the creek in the front yard. Youth and children love it and maybe the young at heart too.

Fishing or Tubing down the Fighting Town Creek or Tocoa River.

Front porch, resting, eating,sight seeing, reading or taking a quite time.

Small Group Studies, cookouts or tents and campfires. We have a place for you to get-to-gether.

Close by Horseback riding, Hiking, fishing , White Water Rafting,  tubing,  Great as a Hunting Lodge. Home is at the base of Choutta mt. near Blue Ridge and Chattahoochee reserves.  playing in the creek,Campfires,
Camping or Swinging and relaxing or reading on the beautiful front porch.

Summer Specials..$560 per week or $1800 per month.

2 Day minimum $80 per night plus $65 clean-up fee. $75
security deposit is required.
7 Day..$700  and $65 clean-up. Fee for Fall &  Winter months( November -March)
$560 per week for the Spring and Summer months Plus $65 clean-up.
$100 security deposit per week and $200 per month.
Monthly rental rate is $1800. This includes your utilities (Direct TV and local
phone service.and DSL).

We Can accept , Money Order, certified check, Pay Pal or personal check for deposit.
We will consider a short-term or long-term lease.
