Newer ocean front duplex, just steps away from miles of clean, white sandy beach! Walk to the
small, quiet town, restaurants, gift and antique shopping. Or just relax and enjoy the peaceful
scene from the little private balcony. Each side has three bedrooms, two with king beds and the
third with two sets of bunks, accomodating eight occupants. Each bedroom has its own adjacent full
bath. Inside lockable doors allow for use of the entire building, accomodating sixteen.
Best of all is the beautiful Pacific Ocean right outside the door!

All furnishings are very nice, beds are excellent, and the kitchen is well-equipped with double
ovens, dishwasher, microwave, instant hot water tap, tile flooring and hickory cabinets. Gas
fireplace and beach front deck.
