Well-equipped and furnished, this home on 6 wooded acres provides the relaxing and peaceful escape
you desire. Gila Hideaway is perfect for many uses from romantic getaways to family vacations to
business travel; this clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can accommodate your needs.
Amenities in this well-appointed home include all furnishings, washer and dryer, fully stocked

Vacation Rental Rates
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Rental rates are as follows, for up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, add $10 per night per
guest. For monthly guests, an additional $100 per month per guest (over 6 guests) applies. All
rates are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (6.0625%).
**Winter Rates, Effective October 1 to April 30**
2 nights $210 per night
3 nights $185 per night
4-5 nights $170 per night

Weekly rental $800 per week
Monthly rental $1850 per month without weekly house-cleaning services
$2000 per month with weekly house-cleaning services
Well-mannered pets are permitted with prior approval. A $10 pet fee per night applies, with a
maximum of two dogs. For monthly guests, a pet fee of $100 per month applies, with a maximum of two
dogs.
**Summer Rates, Effective May 1 to September 30**
2 nights $225 per night
3 nights $195 per night
4-5 nights $180 per night

Weekly rental $900 per week
Monthly rental $1950 per month without weekly house-cleaning services
