guest, add $10 per night per guest. For monthly guests, an
additional $100 per month per guest (over 6 guests) applies. All
rates are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (6.0625%).

Well-mannered pets are permitted with prior approval. A $10 pet fee
per night applies, with a maximum of two dogs. For weekly guests,
the pet fee is $50 and ror monthly guests, a pet fee of $100 per
month applies, with a maximum of two dogs.
