Porto Fino, is a new condo located in the Hotel Zone across from Senior Frogs, and walking distance to all the finest restaurants, clubs and shopping the area has to offer. So sit out on the large veranda and get ready to relax! The Master Bedroom has a large Bathroom with a large walk in closet,it has a breath taking ocean view,there is a private jacuzzi right out side the Master Bedroom to enjoy.
The other two bedrooms face the Lagoon Nichupte, from there you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Cancun.The second bedroom has its own balcony and a King size bed,a large bathroom and walk in closet.
The third bedroom has two Full size beds it own closet, and large bathroom.
In the living area we have provided a comfortable TV viewing area, Dinning area, and a sitting area to enjoy a good book or just sit and admire the view of the turquoise Caribbean Ocean. The kitchen is state of the art with every thing you would need to prepare a gourmet meal, or just fix your self a Margarita
 For an extra fee we can stock the frig with food and drinks, and we can arrange airport transportation.
Our condo has drinkable water in the kitchen area and Frig the icemaker is safe to use.
This condo is smoke free.

We require a $1000. a refundable security deposit to hold the condo. And a departure cleaning fee of $100.
