This lovely two story home in the prestigious Villa de las Palmas
private gated community is fully furnished and just steps to the beach
through an access directly in front and across the street. The well
accented home has a master bedroom with private bath and one guest
bedrooms with a full bathroom conveniently located on the ground
floor. The open and spacious second floor boasts an elevated kitchen
and dining area, a one half bathroom and a sunken living room that
overlooks the balcony and the Sea of Cortez all of which is enhanced
by lots of natural lighting. Included is a daytime sofa that can be
used as a bed during the night. The kitchen is fully equipped with all
cooking utensils, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a
blender for your tropical drinks. All bed linen, soap and towels are
also provided so just bring your toothbrush and enjoy your stay with
no hassles.
